Since 1994, Dan’s practice has focused on the representation of plaintiffs in civil litigation with an emphasis on product liability, as well as civil appellate practice. He represented the plaintiffs in the case of Lampe vs. General Tire which resulted in a $55.3 million verdict against the world's fourth largest tire manufacturer for manufacturing a defective tire. Among other things, he currently represents a class of over 4,000 land owners in Antelope Valley in a long-running dispute over groundwater pumping rights, and he serves on the steering committee in California where he coordinated litigation involving Cooper Tire™ and Rubber Co.™.
